Or something like that. I haven’t really tried to use any Swedish recipe. Just wanted to do something that will beat the Swedish boring vanilla sponge with cream and strawberries.
Vanilla sponge, coffee ganache, mascarpone mousse, strawberry basil coulis, strawberry jelly and french meringue.
