This technique will guarantee you a perfect light tiramisu in only 15 minutes!
The following recipe is for three generous servings like in the picture.
Prepare all your inredients:
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 table spoons of sugar
- 250g mascarpone
- 250g heavy cream
- 12 lady fingers
- 1 cup of strong coffee
Prepare a bain marie – heat 2 centimeters of water in a medium saucepan and lay over a bowl so that it does not touch the water. Continue heating the water in a low-medium temperature. In the bowl mix the egg yolks with the sugar and whisk contantly until all sugar crystals have completely melted. This is called sabayon.
Add mascarpone into the mixture. Whip heave cream until it reaches a soft stiffnes and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
Pour coffee into a shallow blow and dip lady finers in it one by one for about 2 seconds. Prevent oversoaking so that it still keeps its delicious crunchiness.
Layer ladyfingers and mascarpone into a pan and decorate with cocoa powder. Done!
For plating my quick tiramisu I also used roche of a chocolate gelatto.
